HOW TO SELECT YOUR CORRECT SIZE The hips measurement must be done 2 inches below the belly button. Our girdles and body shapers are manufactured with a special material that is tightened enough to reduce your measurements and be adjusted to your body. You should not select a smaller size in order to be tightened enough or to achieve a better result. Select your correct size based on your measurements using the sizing chart provided for each product;if your weight corresponds to one size and your hips correspond to a different size, select the biggest one; if your measurements are close to the limit of two sizes, we suggest to select the biggest one, for example, if your weight is 130 lbs, you should select size L or if your weight is 160 lbs you should select size XL.
